Key Responsibilities
As an Employment Taxes Specialist at ACGDEPT, you’ll play a key role in helping our clients stay compliant and strategic. You’ll:

Advise clients on employment tax obligations and opportunities.

Support transactions by identifying employment tax risks during due diligence.

Draft clear, practical advice on employee remuneration, including benefits, expenses, and equity compensation.

Assist with HMRC inquiries and disputes.

Stay up to date with UK employment tax legislation and contribute to thought leadership.

Lead or support client meetings and deliver high-quality advisory work.

Collaborate across teams and mentor junior staff as needed.
Qualifications
We’re looking for professionals who combine technical excellence with commercial awareness and strong communication skills. You should have:

Experience working in employment taxes (ideally in practice or a large in-house tax function).

A solid understanding of UK employment tax legislation.
-
ACA, CTA, ATT qualification (or working toward it).

Strong analytical, writing, and presentation skills.

A team-player mindset and the ability to manage client relationships.

A proactive approach to solving problems and identifying new opportunities.
